Medical information is stored on Microsoft Azure servers under secure conditions, including backups.
Encryption & access control
Information is encrypted, and access to it is limited to authorized employees only.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Client login is secured with an additional verification code.
Time-limited retention
Information is retained for up to 90 days after processing and then securely deleted — or earlier upon the client's request.
No third-party sharing
We do not share medical information with third parties without explicit authorization or a legal requirement.
Aligned to international standards
We operate in line with GDPR and HIPAA principles and international data-security standards.

Pandocs produces analysis and summaries of medical documents. Final eligibility and disability ratings are determined by the official bodies (National Insurance, the Tax Authority, the courts, and insurers).
