Pandocs is built as an automated processing pipeline. You provide the documents — the platform does the heavy lifting, and you get organized output.

1. Upload documents
Upload medical documents, even in large volumes and varying scan quality.
2. OCR & text recognition
The platform converts scanned pages into readable text, page by page.
3. Extraction & standardization
Extraction of diagnoses and medical information, standardized against standard medical terminology (SNOMED CT).
4. Classification & matching
Classification by domain, and in the National Insurance track — matching to regulations and surfacing possible disability percentages.
5. Summary report
A structured, consistent, auditable report — with a source reference for every item.
