Frequently asked questions
- What does Pandocs actually do?
- Pandocs analyzes and summarizes medical documents: it converts scanned pages to text, extracts and standardizes diagnoses, classifies the information, and produces a structured, auditable summary report.
- Does Pandocs determine eligibility or disability percentages?
- No. Pandocs produces analysis and summaries only. Final eligibility and disability ratings are determined by the official bodies — National Insurance, the Tax Authority, the courts, and insurers.
- Who uses Pandocs?
- Mainly professionals: law firms (personal injury, disability, road accidents), National-Insurance and insurance professionals, and medical institutions.
- What documents can I send?
- Medical documents in a range of formats, including large scanned stacks — even at varying scan quality.
- How is the medical data stored?
- Data is processed with encryption, access control, and action logging, in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law. See the security & privacy page for more.
- Can I see an example before committing?
- Yes. You can send a sample document (redacted/anonymized is fine) and receive a sample analysis, or book a short demo.
